The house joined the senate in passing the credit card reform bill which includes an amendment allowing the carrying of guns in national parks!!! Imagine having the right to protect yourself by carrying a firearm in a National Park! What a benevolent government we have - granting us peasants the right already granted to us by the 2nd Amendment. Here’s the story:

I don’t know about you guys, but I never take off my gun unless I am going somewhere where there are metal detectors. Like the courthouse. Otherwise, nobody is going to know you have it unless you need it. And at that point, I don’t care if I’m in a bank or somewhere where I’m not suppose to have it. Although the chances of me ever needing it are low, they are a bit higher in places where you aren’t suppose to have one. Like the courthouse elevators. Dangerous place.

Why cant we make a bill without having to stick through a bunch of stuff? Unbelievable.
May God Bless our loving government. One must learn to love thy government as they are the true key to happiness. What would this country be without them. We were all put on this planet by God to be taxed and run into the ground by a few select special people and one must be happy to give thy money away as this is your civil responsibility and what it means to be an American.
Not to be a downer, but has anyone thought to question why a dem majority would allow a “new” pro-gun law to pass? NO, I am not a conspiracy theorist but I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that particular provision was allowed because the underlying thought process from the libs is:
“Pass the provision because it won’t matter in X months when we take guns away, restrict handguns, etc.” Basically, a pacifier for the time being until the libs can get stronger anti-firearm laws passed. Sorry, but the dems have proven that they do nothing without having an ulterior motive and anything that appears to restore a freedom is either accidental or is going to be purposefully short-lived by a contradicting piece of legislation.
The Government can take my gun, and ill give it to them one bullet at a time. (And no, im not kidding)
