I am new to REI and would like to read about some success stories in the Evergreen state. Any info would be helpful.
I am new this area up from s.ca. living in longview. i need to learn the laws here before i begin investing altho i have purched our home and am looking now for other property. i have 190k to work with and 800+ credit. would like to find people in this county to work with and learn from. there is a groups down in portland or but i want to be around floks that are on top of wa laws.
