I am dealing with a home owner who has home listed with an agent for past three months and Wa Mu has approved Short Sell… they have marked down the price – that is a Listing Price…
their BPO was 138k what should be my offer. I will have to go through my agent.
Are they usually do faser decision if they have agent in between?
Any other help with this lender and Agent Listed property will be appreciated…
