I would greatly appreciate any guidance and advice on the best way to help this couple possibly save their home. Open to any other suggestions
The 4 bedrooms and 1 bath house is located at Spring Street in Elizabeth NJ
The balance on the home loan is about 130,000. Last year the house appraised at 165000
The owners will be out off chapter 13 in a few weeks.
How the owners will repay a. My husband and I both work. If we could come up with a monthly payment that we could afford then that would be good. Also my husband has gotten his class B truck license and is planning to buy a truck which would give him a very good weekly salary. Which would enable us to pay the loan off with no trouble. I would of course continue to work with my current job.
