Voicemail or answer the phone yourself, which one to use?

I have read some conflicting views on this subject and I just wanted some feedback on which one “on average” produces the best results with regards to finding motivated sellers.

The answer to your question is…ANSWER THE PHONE! Isn’t that why you spend money on marketing so you can answer the phone when sellers call! When my phone rings I do my damndest to answer it.
