I looked through the entire forum and could not find this question asked. Hopefully I didn’t miss it.
When setting up voicemail boxes(VMB) to respond to motivated sellers and potential tenant/buyers, should I subscribe to 2 separate boxes and designate one for buyers and one for sellers?
Or should I set up 1 VMB with a main message that says to sell, press #1 to lease/purchase press #2.
Thoughts anyone!!

Virtually the choice is yours. How professional do wish to appear? You can do it with 2 VMBs or with one, you want callers to call, and leave their contact information so you can call them back. You could set up 1 VMB that professionally addresses your business solution to their problems, and you’ll call them back ASAP, or you could setup with a telephone service where a live person answers the phone and collects contact information as well as phone number they called from, time of day, and has brief scripts they use to represent you.

I personally would use one main box, with options to be directed to the different messages. Many sellers are buyers, and many buyers are sellers, so there could be a great deal of people interested in both. (2¢)
What about using a service such as www.gotvmail.com you can setup multiple virtual boxes and calls are directed to your cellphone.
