Those of you that do…how many markets are you in? What are the core team members you bring on in each market?

Core group we use are:
Property inspector(s)
Acquisition guy
Title Company

Do you spend time training your property inspectors/boots on the ground as far as how to estimate repairs, or do you look for someone that already has experience in that area?

I am curious as well but feel it’s becoming harder to do this in a better market.

Real Estate Investing is about the numbers. You can find a deal in any market. It will be harder to find one in certain market, but the deals are out there.
