Virtual Wholesaling! NEED YOUR HELP!

Hi I’m virtual wholesaling from S.E. Asia and I have some problems that I hope can be resolve.
1st Problem
I don’t know any title companies and even if I know one ( or two ) I don’t know what to tell them.

2nd problem
I don’t have a bank account in U.S. , that means I can’t cut a check for earnest money deposit and I can’t cash the checks that I will be getting soon (^_^).

3rd problem
Will the title company send a check thousand miles away? and again even if I receive them how could I cash it?

I’m forgot the other one but PLEASE help me w/ this problems. any suggestions or help are GREATLY APPRECIATED.

It sounds like you need a person on the ground where your looking to do business. If I were you I would contact a Realtor and make offers on bank owned properties and have the Realtor do everything. As far as a bank account you can always get a PayPal account and send and receive the money wirelessly.
