The appraisal was inflated by 220,000. Contract price was 548,000 but the investor paid 309,000. The house is 4/3, bonus over 2 car gar.,keeping area, family room and dinning combo,3000 square feet heated. It should appraise around 330,000. Owe about 416,000 on a 30 year adjustable. I want to keep my home if the mortgage will work with me on what the house really appraises for. Any help?
