Would like to attract wholesale opportunities through bandits.
What would be good verbage to put on them?

I use " We Take Over House Pmnt.s" to find people looking to get out of their house, avoid foreclosure and get the home rented through a lease option.

Any suggestions???

From my experience I would:

  1. Keep is short something like " We buy Houses"
  2. Put a phone number
  3. A website also works well to ad to the sign because of its low resistance way to contact you.
