You might want to start with the local property management companies. If that doesn’t work try the internet. Their is bound to be a property management company that specializes in summer rental posted on the net.
Check to see if there is a vacation network of some sort for that area of Washington, or maybe a national vacation network that you can become a member of where people arrange for vacation spots in various locations.
If this is a big vacation spot, there should be property managers that cater to vacationers, if not, don’t go to just any property manager, you want someone who is connected to a large national or international network, and can keep your property booked solid.
