Can anyone give me some ideas on wholesaling some vacant lots and red-tagged properties? These properties have tax liens on them that exceeds the value of the property. The tax liens on the vacant lots have fees included for the City demolishing / bulldozing the structure. Is there a way to get the liens adjusted or removed?
Are there rehabbers or builders out there who will buy these type of properties? The properties are located in low-income areas of the city.
Any ideas, guidance and assistance will be greatly appreciated.
