Hi, all. I have power of attorney over 1 acre of vacant land at

4211 Perch Circle
Port Charlotte, FL

How do I get comps to determine a fair market value for this land? Can Zillow do this?

Sorry, someone in another forum pointed out that I was mistaken in size of the lot. It is approximately 1/4 acre in size, not 1 acre like I was told.
