Hello REI club members,
this is my first post, but I’ve been a longtime lurker. Excellent web site. lots of good info passed along. I too have been wanting to get into the RE game for sometime now and I’m about to take the plunge. I’ve been reading a lot of books and gettiing info from folks I know in the RE business.
I was wondering if there is a web site out there that would have up to date info on vacancy rates for a given area. any info is appreciative.
