After months of working short sales, I was just approached by a Home Owner wanting me to SS her house. It is my first VA loan ss. Anyone with VA experience have any thoughts on the difference between a VA short sale and a conventional ss?
What can I expect as an acceptable % discount from the BPO (FMV)? BTW… it’s a Countrywide loan.
