Hi guys just a quick question. How do the numbers unfold when dealing with a hard money lender to finance an apartment complex 4-8 units with 70-90%ARV. Is there aven awayto come out on top with these type of transactions?

I am a hard money lender with years of experience in real estate finance and investments. Hard Money works if you make sure you have a solid exit strategy for the investment. You must be able to refinance the property or have a buyer already approved before you begin the process. Also the max ltv is 65%.
