I want to visit the public records department down at the local courthouse. My mission if possible is to look up all the quitclaim deeds that has been done in my area. I want to use these quit claim deeds as tools to find who are major buyers in and around my area. All I need is the name and address who the properties were quit claimed to. The document should read at the top left hand side recording requested by: when recorded mail to: (name and address the property was Quit Claim to).
I discovered this method doing some research. I am to this, so I never tried it yet. How would I go about calling or even going down to public records to ask to see a copy of all the quit claim deeds that have been recorded in my local area?
This method will help me build a cash buyers list for my wholesale business.
