USING JOHN ALEXANDER'S INVERSE OWNERSHIP PROGRAM IN CALIFORNIA

I recently bought John Alexander’s “14 days to Real Estate Riches” program and I am ready to put it into play once I have an attorney review all of his contracts, but has anyone in the Southern CA market used it successfully?

I know that there are skeptics out there, but there are also those who have made money with his system, but I don’t think I’ve heard testimony from anyone in the Los Angeles market. Please advise.
