After careful consideration I feel that it is better and more fair to offer the investor 40% of the profit since they are assuming all the financial risk. I have located a few properties who’s profit potential is no less than 150K. I am very serious about this and have been doing my research for close to a year. In addition, my family has a background in construction/electrical/home improvement. I am looking for an invesment of 150K for the down payment and rehab costs. If interested please call. :0)
