I need a purchase contract that does not have all the legal eagle hard to understand terms on it… Can someone post the link to a free one? Maybe email me a copy???
I know there are links here but they are mostly buy forms kits, and I do not know if they contain a simple purchase contract or not.
(I am trying to avoid buying kit after kit of forms, and finding out none of them contain the type of form I want.)
Seller’s Name Here, as seller does hereby agree to sell and convey, and Buyer’s Name Here, as buyer, does hereby agree to buy Property from said seller which is located at Place legal address/description Here.

I’m a investor new to the field too. ??? As far as uncomplicated contracts go, why wouldn’t you want to make sure that you have the best contracts available to protect yourself as well as eveyone you’ll be invovled with? To me the more complicated, the better. lol. All I’m saying is that now a days, people will try to sue you for sneezing wrong! These contracts are in place for a REASON…they protect you, seller, & buyer. Investing is risky enough especially for us new people still learning. Best to protect yourself to the max. I sat in my attorneys office for a little over an hour with all my contracts & didn’t leave until he gave me the GREEN light! If you take a short cut, it could cost you big time in the end. Real estate is big money MADE if its done right, & big money LOST if its done wrong! PROTECT YOURSELF period…it pays off in the long run Thankx…
