Has anyone bought house from them and rehabbed them? Is it worth using them to find houses to rehab?
Any experiences shared would be great.

I saw one of Austin’s Ugly house folks buy a little duplex for $40,000 and then market it for $75,000. If you think that is a good deal then I will help you buy it.
