TX Tax Deed - Eviction - Bankruptcy

I purchased a tax deed in May.
The redemption period (6 mos) is over.
I went to evict previous owners and had to proceed to JP court.
(Tried a different strategy to wait out the six months instead of contacting them and having them redeem right away.)
The previous owner’s bankruptcy attorney called me and said he is filing for suggestion of bankruptcy to stop the eviction.
Looked up B/R now and it was filed 6/08.
Delinquency was from 2005-2007.
Sale was 5/09.
The B/R is not listed in county clerk.
What steps should I take next, what do you think the outcome of this will be? Eviction, voided sale? Any insight would be helpful. Court date in 3 days. Thanks.

See an attorney?

This is a touchy subject…the bankruptcy laws can differ from state to state…we would really need to discuss this matter at length to make you fully understand what is the next best course of action…Have you already hired an atty?
