Two houses on a 3/4th acre corner lot...HELP

bordering a busy highway for $50,000. The ARV of each house where they sit is $55-$65K. Total rehab costs for both would be about $15k. My idea is to buy them and pay my house moving buddy $8,000 per house to relocate them on more valuable property then I could get $80K-$100K for them rehabbed. I would then attempt to secure some type of gas station deal on the lot, (obviously I don’t know much about the “Gas Station” scenario). I’m just looking for input from more seasoned investors. Any ideas?
