We are trying to get into re-habbing houses but do not want to deal with holding propeties and waiting for full value offers, are there any sources to sell these properties at 80% ltv after the re-hab is done, and speed up the turn around?
Yeah, there are sources! They’re called investors.

Lets see how this works. Quick turn around = 80% or patience = 100%. Are you thinking of doing rehabs to make money? If you are I would suggest patience.
Patience is great it really pays off but if you don’t have the cash to hold, what are you going to do?
