Trying to get started

Hello,

I’ve been trying to get started in REI and I’ve kinda got my feet wet by purchasing some land at tax sale. I’ve been working with Agent who sends me HUD homes in my area(San Antonio) for the purpose of rehabbing and flipping. What is the best way to get started? Flipping or Tax Lein auction?

Also, how do find a REI Club in San Antonio? I’d like to join one and start meeting some people and maybe start birddogging or just jump right in the fire. Any advice that I receive would be greatly appreciated.

To locate a REI club in San Antonio, look on the left side of the main page, where it says , “investor resources”, the first thing on the list is real estate clubs. There is a list of clubs there.
