How does it work when a property you are interested in is held by a trust? I have the contact information, but is the deal handled any differently? Thanks for any advice.
You deal with the trustee which usually isn’t a problem unless it’s a bank or other fiduciary who does everything by committee.
it depends on how the trust is titled, terms of the trust and who the trustees are.
