How do I go about getting all needed info before biddng on a condo at a trustee’s sale in California? Is there a way to do it on line? Particularly how do I check the HOA outstanding dues? Would anyone be kind to tell me? Also, does anyone know of an instructor/mentor who for a fee could actually assist to a first auction?
I just took Warren Racine’s Immersion Plus class yesterday and would highly recommend it. If you take that class, you get 6 months of support from him. This class will give you hands on experience with what your looking for.
