Yes your 100% correct but theres one small problem where to you find one? you can always find one if your willing to spend a few thousand dollars and get the same old rehashed crap, if they were honest they would just call there books or course “How to rip off desperate people and make millions!” , I have almost given up in finding a mentor, sometimes I wonder if any of this people even do real estate, if I sound bitter that’s because I am, I have been smashing my head against the wall for 3 months know and have gotten no where, whatever maybe I am just tired 3am here.

How hard have you truly looked. Have you looked at your local Rei meetings? You might also ask yourself what you are looking for in a mentor; you might be asking the wrong questions. If you are looking for someone to teach you everything then it will most likely not be free or inexpensive, but if you just need a little positive encouragement then you should be able to find someone locally that can help you out. Where are you located.

Hay christopher, I have been trying hard to find someone one, I thing maybe my problem is I have been coming on a bit strong? a business partner is what I am looking for in reality, or maybe someone I can apprentice under, I am a hands on type of guy, I am in NYC.
