Is there a TREC promulgated contract I can find and use to buy a mobile home on MHP rented lot? I assume the paperwork to be similar to buying SFH. Am I correct?

I don’t know about Texas but in a lot of states, a mobile home on a rental lot is more like a car registration…and you pay personal property taxes rather than real estate taxes. I have seen mobile homes change hand with a bill of sales and a title.
