I recently checked my credit and found that TransUnion (others are fine, Equifax and Experian) report is missing. Apparently they have lost my file. I contacted them and they told me that they only have my name, SSN, DOB and address, but no credit information.
They have asked me to tell my creditors to report the information to TransUnion.
Anyone know what is going on here? This is not my fault, so why should I call tons of creditors to report to TransUnion.
What should be my course of action?
