Well the home owner lives in virginia and already signed a contract to sell for 20000. After the home is fixed up it is worth at least a 100000 and thats on the low side. The house was hit by a tornado and a number of homes in this subdivision has slipped through my fingers. So i guess the 5th time is the charm. Its an all brick home and needs some serious work but you can easily double your money no sweat.
