Trading Mortgage Notes....SUGGESTED BOOKS??

Hi, I currently own a few rental properties and I would like to learn a bit more about Trading Mortgage Notes.

Please no strange referral sites asking for large amounts of money for courses and cd’s cause those are usually not legit. Im just looking for good easy to read books and or forums that discuss this topic. Any assistance would be very appreciated.

Do you have a good understanding of the Time Value of Money? Do you understand how to discount a mortgage and derive a Present value? If you don’t start there.

Noteworthy USA is a good site. It is all about the note business. Paper source online is another one.
