I am not the most organized guy to do this business, and am wondering if anyone here has a suggestion on a good tracking system or software I can use in my marketing campaigns. I have several sequential campaigns running simultaneously. I am getting more and more swamped as time goes by.
I am using ACT. Great software. I can create a marketing plan and track my follow-up with it.

I also use ACT but you should be able to use Outlook or even Access. Quickbooks has a new contact manager that sounds interesting. I think they have a trial download from the web.
Here is the link to the contact manager from Quickbooks. It looks great however, it is an additional ad-on.

You will have to click on the Add-ons link and then select Customer manager.
salesforce.com is free online for a single person, a company with more than one user has to pay. It is great to track campaigns, and all other facets of the business too. I use it with my job as a mortgage consultant
Goldmine is much more powerful than ACT to track and manage mailing campaigns. It has automated processes that the others do not have.
