i am rehabbing houses in the dayton ohio and i would like to know if someone could recommend an investor or group that would like to purchase rehabbed properties for 75-80 of the arv.also if no one knows of anyone to recommend someone maybe someone could recommend how i could go about finding someone along those lines to aide me in my exit strategies in the future thank you and good luck all.
You may start by using the Real Estate Club link under Investor Resources on this site. It will give you a state by state listing of REI Clubs in your area. You may find someone at one of these who may be interested.
You may try running a an ad in the Dayton Daily News or other vehicle.
