What do you think the top 20% of real estate whole sale investors (entire nation) earn in a year?
I have some ideas for my city, but I wonder how it stacks up to others and the country overall. I am just curious.
I only know numbers for one larger wholesaler in this market. He does about six houses a month and averages about $10-15K on a deal.
Of course, he doesn’t keep all of that. He’s got marketing of about $150K per year, and he has a support staff.
I’d guess–and that’s all it is, a guess–that he’s netting a few hundred grand a year. That does not include the hard money business.
