Hey folks,

My wife and I are newbies. We have access to the MLS and a “We Buy Houses” ad in the paper. We have not done our first deal yet and feel like we need to get organized with a daily plan of action.

If you could do 5-10 tasks each day to develop a pipe-line of deals, what would those tasks be?
