What kind of strategy do you use when you have a market that is flooded with preforeclosures, reo’s, and etc? Are there still possible wholesales in this kinda of market? Or is this more like a buy and hold type arena?

Wholesaling… hmm. I will answer this question the way I have always answered.
What is the key in wholesaling? Who is your customer?
Yes, that is right, the end investor that is buying the property. It doesn’t matter what properties are around, but rather, what properties they want. If you bring value to an end investor and make life easier for them for their target investments, I am sure you will be able to wholesale nicely still.
Remember, in the end, YOU MUST ADD VALUE TO THE INVESTORS DEAL. What do you bring to the INVESTOR.
They are your clients, your customers, etc. After all, they are the ones paying you!
Start buying things at 40-50 cents on the dollar.
