I’d like to know if anyone has taken training with Todd Dotson or his firm Tactical Real Estate and their opinons on the training. Thank you in advance for any information provided.
I have not heard of him at all.
I went to his website and you can’t get the register box off the front to look it over. I would take that as a warning that they probably place selling the course over your success at doing real estate.
What is best to look for is a successful investor that will show you what they do for a nominal fee and not some expensive course.
I was finishing up a makeready and had my for rent ad in the paper. A lady called and said she could tell this ad was from an investor and she wondered if I would show her what I do. Doing that you don’t get some national guru telling you to do something that does not work in your local area. What he is doing works where you are. That is a good thing you could do also.
Bluemoon06 gives some great advice. The one thing I might add to it is that doing and teaching are two different skills. You may find someone that can do the business extremely well but may not be the best teacher. You can also find someone that is an amazing teacher, but is not able to do the business for a number of reasons including fear and self confidence.
