I read a couple of different post and these are my thoughts.
To me it should not matter if you don’t have credit established credit in your company name (in terms of buying property). You still have to provide a your own personal credit information to purchase the property anyway. But really dont know because i’m in the start up process myself. I just established an LLC. Looking to purchase my first property by end of this year.
What are some creative financing possibilities thats available to us?
