I used to use one all the way up in Denton… till I moved south…
It will come down not only to one that understands what you do… or is willing to do what you want… while you train them… 
It will come down to personalities and enjoying who you do business with…

Look in the phone book under title isurance for fee agents. These are attorneys that get a cut of the policy proceeds for doing the closing. I use Mark Swindle in Arlington. Most of his business is investors.
