I’ve spoken with a title company and just recently a real estate attorney and both have told me there is no way for me to obtain title insurance when I buy subject to and sell on an AITD.
My questions are, does anybody purchase title insurance and, if so, how do you do it? If you don’t purchase title insurance when you sell on the AITD, will your buyer have problems trying to refinance when the time comes?
