I live in Maryland, between DC and Baltimore.

Can anyone recommend a few Title Companies that
do Simultaneous Closings?

When I say “Simultaneous Closings” I mean where
the cash from the 2nd transaction is used to finance
the 1st transaction.

In other words, the cash my buyer brings to the table
is used to finance the purchase I make on the property
the buyer eventually buys from me.

This means I bring no money to the closing table.

Can anyone recommend a few Title Companies that
do Simultaneous Closings?
