How do I find a Title co for Wholesale deals ?

Search around for REI Associations in your state, there listed here on REI Club.
Go and talk to fellow investors and ask who they use for Title Companies!

Gold River is right. You could also check with Stewart Title Co., First American Title, and there’s another one that does title closings in all 50 states, but I can’t remember their names. I hope this helps you.
