Looking for a title company in the Dupage county area in Illinois that will close a double closing. A title company that is experienced with investors and short sales is a plus.

I would encourage you to ask your local REI club there to find out what title company to use. If there is not one formed then I would start making calls to the companies there. I would think it would be hard to have someone respond in this club with a company for you to use. Many blessings in your pursuit. Sheila
