I’m kinda new to the wholesaling business

I’m looking for titles Companies that are familiar with Wholesale and Double Closing.

Any help will me great thanks

I found mine by letting my buyers choose their own Title companies. I just put the deals together and let my buyers use the Title company they want. I know that’s too simple and easy.
Now I know which ones are investor friendly and do assignments. A few I had to explain how it worked, one Title company asked me if the assignment was just a demand for payment to be paid at closing, I said, that’s it.
If you want to make it more difficult and over analyze everything, you can.
