We are currently thinking about building rental apartments for elderly residents in a rural areal. Has anyone had any experience with this. We would like to hear about the pro’s and con’s as well as how we would go about meeting gov. requirents. Has anyone had luck obtaining loans through Rural Development Offices or SBA.
