I agree. I personally like Zillow and Redfin. However, be careful when looking at their estimated property values (or Zestimates). They are usually way off!! Get CMA’s for your comps…
I totally agree with you, guy. I often search on Google and check for the website’s PageRank and Authority. The higher these metrics are, the better website are.
According to me the best websites are Zillow, Trulia and realtor.
I have found that Zillow has a lot of wrong information posted about properties and the value they list for some homes is way off!
