the owner OCC game!! who plays why or why not??

  I have a buddy of mine (you may want to use this in your posts :) 

HE is gobbling up houses three at a time every 6 months owner occ getting the lower rates etc…

He is also a loan officer that makes this happen for others…

Obviously this is a quick way to acquire many props, but what are the risks?? Jail time? Bankruptcy?? And i mean the risk associated with being caught in this type of fraud???

I’m starting to aquire more props… so far i’ve done 3 owner occ flips one at a time over 18 months just by moving in for a lil while and fixing things.

SO WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS???

DO i buy three @ once with three different lenders and agents or do i buy ONE every 3 months?? I’ve got enuff in reserve for three also, which i know is a big portion of it!

This guy I know plays it straight on the OO/NOO issue. He says that he doesn’t want to commit loan fraud and beside that, it is a matter of personal integrity. :wink:

Bubba has plenty of playmates who are arrogant enough to play that game.
