How can we generate an Interest to ask of Members and others in contribution to supply lists of Secondary Loan Underwriters which will Assist in the transaction??

I would Like to ask of EVERYONE … How about some assistance and your Opinions on the Building a list of Escrow Offices which ALSO

  1. Supply considerable Experience in the Transaction which will bring a stronger example of Successful Real Estate FOR SALE / SOLD to the Industry*… years in the business and some highlights that they also carriage inside the Escrow…
  2. Underwriting of In-House Financing LOANS which can carriage as with the Transaction and Any Addendum there may be a process of Final Walk-thru*… prior to the Release of Buyers Monies !! This may carry extensions, and inspections that were missed or over-looked in the initial property qualification and the Work that would have to be done in REMEDIES with a small Loan to the Seller and OPEN to the Buyer as equally important if the Property wants to be SOLAR, or before 2020 - 2030 mandate to Energy ( EEH ) and some requirements COMING .
