Is the 288 page FREE ebook offered on the home page worth downloading?

I considered it, until I went to their website and they wanted my home address and phone number. I have heard they sell info…I 'heard" this…I dont know if its fact. But I don’t see a reason to give them my home info because of their sales pitches. It is just an E book, so why would they need all of your personal info, unless they were either going to sell it, or use it to make sales pitches.
That was my reason. If I want it bad enough, I’ll shell out $20 and buy it. I already get enough spam, junk mail and waste of time phone calls. I don’t think I’ll chance getting more for a $20 book.
